Andy’s story is rooted in the quintessential American dream, seasoned with a strong Italian heritage. His family’s tradition of owning a pizza shop began in 1975 when his father, an immigrant from Naples, Italy, first opened the doors. The Vision
Andy’s goal was simple: leverage his expertise to create a new, sustainable concept, a 6,000 square foot location incorporating a craft brewery and a bar to boost margins.
He began construction, but disaster struck when the original contractor took the initial funds and vanished, leaving Andy with a partially finished building, a legal mess, and a severe financial hole. When he sought additional financing, the bank immediately turned him down; the contractor’s lien and legal uncertainty made him unbankable.
The Solution
